Family Members and Address History
Some USCIS documents require family member information or address history, with this view, that information can be captured so that Auto Fill can use it when printing a form. Click the "Back to Applicant" button to go back.

Family MembersThis table shows all the family members captured for the applicant. Family Member information follows the same rules as before with two new fields: Relation and Is Petitioner. To add a new member click the "Add Family Member" button, to edit information, double click a row, and to delete, click the circle, then "Delete Member" button.

Address HistoryThis table shows the address history captured for the applicant. The addresses follows the same rules as before, but with two new fields: From Date and To Date which represent the Move In and Move out date. To add a new address click the "Add Address" button, to edit information, double click a row, and to delete, click the circle, then "Delete Address" button.
